6 Weeks Stronger

This program is the best value for your time and money. Every six-week session begins and ends with a benchmark test, measurements, and consultation to set goals and assess your current fitness level. Workouts consist of 3 group training sessions per week which are designed to increase your strength, endurance, stability and power as well as unlimited access to spinning, barre and yoga. Weekly Wellness Coaching and My Zone Belt add Ons available.

Exercise Oncology

Laurens experience as both a physiologist and Cancer patient can help you to be a proactive participant in your treatment. Adaptive Fitness 

Physical activity and movement are important for all people especially those with special needs. Weight management, fine motor skills, coordination, confidence, a sense of independence, relationship and team building are all components of an exercise program designed for this population. Lauren has extensive experience working with those clients facing unique cognitive and physical challenges. Private and semi-private sessions available.
